Conveyance of copper ore by means of an inclined shaft conveyor from the strip mining floor at a depth of 300 meters to the processing unit above ground.

The Solution:

In a tunnel with an incline of 15 degrees a conveyor system with an ST 6600 STAHLCORD® belt was installed to transport the copper ore to the dressing plant.
