Turbocharger Lubrication

Hose line systems for hot air and oil mixtures in the turbocharger circuit:

• Plastic hose types made of PTFE or PFA with smooth or corrugated inner tubing and a protective fiberglass or polyester braid and stainless steel outer braiding. Temperature resistant from -40°C to minimum +180°C.
• Elastomer hose types made of silicone (temperature up to maximum 210°C) or AEM (temperature up to maximum 150°C). Both versions are available as hose material or molded hose.
• Stainless steel corrugated tubing with axially and/or radially flexible connection elements for high temperature requirements up to +400°C.
• Outer diameters from 8 - 25 mm *

Turbocharger Cooling

Elastomer hoses made of EPDM with textile pressure carrier temperature resistant from -40°C to 155°C. Inner diameter 8 - 12 mm *
