Calculation Tool: Simulation of Hose Deformation in a Radius Below Application Conditions

We have developed a calculation method for simulating hose geometry under the kind of pressure and temperature conditions hoses are subjected to in the vehicle. This approach makes it possible to represent the changes the hose contour undergoes under application conditions. Constrictions and critical distances can be localized and modified beforehand, so that expensive and time-consuming modification loops can be avoided during production startup.
