Product Range

The range contains various types of air springs with differing properties as concerns reaction forces, nominal pressure and flange type.

Sizes	DN 25 ... DN 2400 (25 mm - 2400 mm), various overall lengths
Operating pressure	PN 10, 16, 20, 25 (10 -25 bar),depending on size and type
Temperature range	-25°C ... 130°C, depending on rubber quality

Rubber qualities
Butyl	For oil-free waste water, compressed air, special hydraulic oils Drinking water quality in accordance with KTW directive.
CSM	For acids, bases, lyes (chemical resistance)
CR	Standard quality for waste water, sea water also slightly acidic or alkaline, partly oils and greases.
EPDM	For oil-free chemicals, water, air very gas-tight (except hydrocarbons) high temperature resistance. Tested by the German technical inspection agency to DIN 4809
NBR	For oil, fuels, solvents and greases. Not suitable for steam and hot water.
NBR white	Rubber compound for foodstuffs as per RAL directive Mushes, fats, juices, wines, desalination.
