Design and Simultaneous Engineering

In the development and design phase, we work with software standards in the automotive and supplier industry. This allows for data exchange and simultaneous engineering with customers and other partners.

Component Analysis

We use simulation tools and FEM packages for dimensioning and optimization. They make it possible to calculate all the key parameters of sealing elements already on the basis of the development-stage model. Alongside commercial programs we resort to software programs developed in-house when tackling special jobs.

Component and Product Inspection

We have test rigs for comprehensive service life testing that we use for preliminary analyses on axle boots, steering boots and sealing boots.
