CONTI SYNCHROFORCE® CXP, CXA

Thanks to their enhanced compounding, CONTI SYNCHROFORCE® heavy-duty timing belts open up completely new areas of application. With their smooth-running properties they allow highly efficient, reliable and durable drive solutions. To optimally meet the performance requirements of industry, the CONTI SYNCHROFORCE® heavy-duty timing belt is available in two versions, i.e. as CXP for high dynamic demands and high rpm rates, and as CXA for high torques and low belt speeds up to 25 m/s.

Areas of application:

CONTI SYNCHROFORCE® heavy-duty timing belts are used where large power outputs, high torques or high speeds have to be reliably transmitted.

Properties:

• electrically conductive according to ISO 9563
• moderately resistant to oils, unaffected by tropical climates
• suitable for temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +100 °C according to application

Versions:

CONTI SYNCHROFORCE® heavy-duty timing belts are available in the tooth profiles HTD and STD and are manufactured in two versions, i.e. as CXP with a glass cord tension member for high dynamic demands, and as CXA with an aramid tension member for high torques.
