The version 2 Contact Locator on the ContiTech website provides visitors with speedy assistance when they are looking for addresses worldwide and the right contact person: On an interactive globe the user can use buttons to select various regions, leading directly to what they are looking for. The user gets to the “Search” button by clicking “Region” and then selecting the country and product group. After “Search” has been clicked, the contact name and an e-mail form appears. With the e-mail form, the employee can get in touch with the specific contact person directly. In addition, the user is shown a selection of country-specific ContiTech websites.

In designing the Contact Locator, importance was attached to the appearance and a simple user interface, which greatly facilitates a search and always leads to the right results. The Contact Locator is available in 9 languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese and Chinese.
